Happy Mother's Day!
I called Mom to wish her a Happy Mother's Day! She is ill, so I thought it would be best to keep my distance. The weather was eerie, with fog rising off the freshly turned fields.
After church, my family and I went out to lunch. Jean and Grace got me flowers to plant; petunias and roses.
The day was rainy, but Troy and I took a walk in the woods and hunted for mushrooms. We didn't find any morels.
I had fun getting soaked on a fishing/kayaking trip!
I'm not sure rather a swan liked me or hated me. He certainly was showing off and making gestures towards me though.
No matter what the swan thought, it was a lovely Mother's Day!
