Day 9

The little 5k chart that I follow tells me to walk 3 min. then run 2 and repeat 6 times for a total of 36 min. It didn't occur to me until 30 min. in that the math does not work out right, so I just ran for the last 6 minutes.  Getting all sweaty from a good workout felt great today!  Go Get Sweaty!
