Southwestern Pasta Salad

Today I needed to whip up a easy supper since I'm currently without a kitchen sink.  It all started this morning with a leak and gradually got worse.  Anyway, hopefully all will be fixed tomorrow.  In the meantime, this is the super easy supper I whipped up:

Frozen chicken nuggets served with a spicy blend of noodles, veggies and beans.  This colorful dish took literally 10 minutes to make, including prep and cooking time.  The noodles were wonderful in both taste and texture.  I purchased them from the local Farmers Market at the Heritage Fair.

The blend is made from Blue Corn, Green Jalapeno, Red Chile and Yellow Maize. After cooking them 7 min. to al dente they get tossed with black beans, fresh sweet corn, tomatoes and Italian dressing.

Delish!!
